A new Story

Craig was an athlete, sports daft. Competed in many sports with a true spirt of sportsmanship from a young age of 8 till the day he died. He was loving and giving and supportive to all his mates wherever and whenever. He enjoyed life and enjoyed being a part of a team, whether family team, football team, volleyball team, athletic team, relay team. He enjoyed every minute of life and had a sense of humour so rich. He loved his family and was never embarrassed to show his feelings. He was honourable in success and defeat. He died doing what he enjoyed doing, running, keeping fit and preparing for future athletic meetings. We were told he was destined for a bright future in either field - football or athletics, but had set his heart on being a PTI in the Air Force. He left us so suddenly and we never knew how this could happen to someone so fit and healthy. It has been 27 lonely years, but the pain is still very real. I support CRY as much as I can and am pleased to see that CRY is getting more air time, but unfortunately for this to happen, some other young life has to end.
